When you sign up on the AXEL Go network you’re first subscribed to Premium Trail. You can choose to upgrade to a Premium or Business account anytime.
Using a Business account, you can manage 5 Premium accounts and Share 100 GB of storage space with your group. And any additional Premium accounts for a discounted price.
To Upgrade to Business plan:
- Click on Subscription from the top-right menu
- Click on the ‘Change Plan’ button to upgrade
- Complete the subscription process
In the Business plan, you can add 5 Premium plan accounts. To add the user navigate to Storage and you will see another storage named ‘Group Storage’ with icon on it, click on the setting icon
Each account you added, receives 10 GB of online storage, and the business receives an additional 100 GB of storage that is shared between all team members. The added accounts to the group receives a common storage called ‘Group storage’, thus uploading anything in the Group storage will be reflected throughout all the accounts that’s connected.
You will be set up for automatic payments on Business plans. Your subscription plan will be changed to Basic after three failed attempts to process your automatic payment. If you downgrade your plan, the change will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
As an owner of Group Storage, you can now rename it and set a custom name. That custom name will be applied to all users added to the Group Storage.
This menu is available for Owner only, recipients do not have the menu, no actions are available either.
As a owner navigate to the group storage and click on the drop down menu that appears on hovering over the Storage header name.
Click on the rename to view the Rename window and enter the custom name
Along with ‘Rename’ we have also added ‘Members’ and ‘Trash bin’ options as well. Clicking on these will navigate you to the Group Storage Member’s page and group storage trash bin respectively.
as an owner of Group Storage, you can add extra slots, i.e. purchase slots to add more than just 5 accounts to your Business account, and all the newly added slots will receive the 10 GB online storage.
You can add slots to the AXEL Go business account only on the web AXEL Go , Android and iOS apps does not give this feature
How to Add slots:
- Login To your AXEL GO business account
- Navigate to Storage and you will see another storage named ‘Group Storage’ with icon on it, click on the setting icon
- Members Page is displayed
- You can see a ‘Add Slot’ button right below the member heading, click on that to purchase extra slots
Select how many extra slots you want to add in the subscriptions page and complete the checkout flow
Once the payment is processed you can see the extra slots added, you can also see the summary of total slots availed from the total available below the member header
Count of total slots shows total number of slots: default + all purchased ones
Count of added members includes all added members, including all “inactive” ones, but excluding the admin himself.
There are 3 possible states of members in the management screen:
- active – regular registered user account added to the Business group
- inactive due to slot expiration
- Pending – invitation sent to email that is not registered as Axel account yet. After registration such
Inactive /Expired Slots
Members/slots exceeding the available slots count remain in the members list but become marked as inactive / expired. Expired are the members with the most recent date of adding to the group, so the newest ones get expired first, as the list of members is sorted from the oldest to the newest added users – expiration happens from the bottom of the list
Inactive/expired users lose their business premium plan features and access to the group storage expired users still cannot be added to another business group, admin of the current groups needs to remove them manually first. If you purchases additional slots such inactivated members may get re-activated again, the first ones to get activated are the members with the oldest date of adding to the group, i.e. new slots distribution / re-activation goes from the top to the bottom of the list.
Group member can contact admin from Subscription page. Click on the admin link and Send through the pop up displayed
