There are multiple ways to capture crash logs whenever you encounter an error on iOS. The easiest ways are:
- Using Contact Support
- Downloading the AXEL Go crash log on your iOS device
Option 1 – Using Contact Support
- Go to Settings
- Tap on Contact Support
- Tap on Send
Option 2 – Download AXEL Go crash log on your iOS device
- After a crash or error:
- Open iPhone Settings
- Click on Privacy
- Select Analytics
- Select Analytics Data
- Search for the name ‘AXEL Go’
- You will find crash logs with the date
